As many of our products are handmade or use natural materials, slight variations in appearance may occur. Colours may also vary depending on your screen settings.

If we discover an error in pricing or product information before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm how you’d like to proceed.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods under these Terms.

A binding contract is created once:

Full payment has been received, and
You receive an order confirmation email

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna instalments.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delays outside our control (such as weather or courier issues) are not considered a breach of contract.

If your order is delayed, please contact info@louisonconceptstore.com and we’ll assist you.

Ownership transfers once full payment has been received. Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store are also covered by these Terms. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

In-store purchases do not include a statutory cooling-off period. However, we offer a 14-day exchange or full refund subject to our returns policy.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

Online orders can be returned within 14 days
Refunds cover the product value
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days
Faulty items are covered under UK consumer law
Sale items purchased online are eligible for return under the same conditions

8. Pre-Orders & Alternative Purchase Options

From time to time, we may offer pre-orders, subscription-based items, or try-before-you-buy options.

These will be subject to their own specific cancellation terms where stated.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Gift cards can be redeemed both online and in-store.

10. Promotions

We may occasionally offer promotions or discount codes.

Unless stated otherwise, these cannot be combined and must be used within the specified timeframe.

11. Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
