Home Delivery Information

 

Standard Tracked Delivery

  • Free for orders over £50*

  • £4.95 for orders under £50

     

    Standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail with tracking included.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

  • £6.45

  • Orders must be placed before 2pm for next-day delivery via DPD or Royal Mail.

International Delivery

 

  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

  • Please note: any customs or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

 

When Will I Receive My Order?

 

  • Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. For faster handling, choose our Express option.

  • Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the following working day.

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Next Working Day orders via DPD must be placed before 2pm.

  • International deliveries are dispatched according to the above schedule, though shipping times vary depending on the destination.
